We have an M.D who specialized in pain management, a Naturopathic Doctor who specializes in holistic health, offer acupuncture, reiki, aromatouch, midwifery, and massage, including hot stone, deep tissue, sound therapy, craniosacral therapy, myfascial release, trigger point, cupping, and we offer hand-analysis to discover your life path! Come join our one of a kind COMMUNITY!
We are also looking for high-quality practitioners to join our team and professionals who want to offer workshops at our center on the weekends.

Balanced Body- Core, Butt and Leg Workout
Balanced body will strengthen your trunk to support the spine and develop stability thru movements. Instead of repetitive movement we will emphasized quality over quantity, with precise movements yielding significant results in a shorter time. Your body will be able to move freely and efficiently. Athletes, dancers, seniors, women rebounding from pregnancy, and people who at various stages of physical rehabilitation will significantly benefit from this class.
An amazing Yoga class that is developed around you and your experience level. It encompasses Hatha, Yamastine, Kabbalah, Meditation and Stretch. If you are a beginner or come with a lot of experience it will fit your needs.

Mommy (Daddy) & Me Yoga
Mommy and me yoga is a specially designed class for new mamas and their pre-walker babies. Special attention will be given when doing asanas that focus on relieving the mama’s body and mind of the everyday stresses of new motherhood. We will also guide baby through gentle poses that strengthen the body, aid in digestion, relieve gassiness, and deepen the bond between mommy and baby with intentional touch and movement. And, of course, most of the class with be dedicated to the unit of mama/baby, doing poses that strengthen and stretch the mama all the while engaging with baby. This class will be an open space for mamas and babies to be with other mamas and babies, to share wisdom and strife, and to create a community that fully supports the honor and duty that is motherhood.
Stress Relief Stretch-Yoga & Mediation
An easy-to-learn and fun class designed to help you realign your body-mind energy and revitalize yourself so that you feel whole again. We will focus on gentle breath-work, poses designed to release tension, and guided visualization/meditation. No Yoga experience is necessary.
Yoga designed to gently help support a woman’s pregnancy experience. Yoga poses and flexibility exercises to strengthen a mother during her special 9-month period of preparing for her new life with her child. Special attention is given to relaxing and releasing tension in the hips, pelvis, abdominal, and lower back muscles of mothers-to-be. Ends with a guided meditation to support mental and emotional wellness of this amazing new experience for both mother and baby.
A class that provides a natural pain-free prescription to HEALING tight, achy muscles. Join us Friday evenings with basic breathing exercises to restore the “chi” (life force) energy and yoga inspired stretches designed to EASE your body’s soreness, followed by a relaxing mindful meditation. Renew yourself naturally with Chi yoga stretch: a person’s pre-weekend prescription to feeling “YOU” again. *Concentration on lower back, hamstring, upper back & shoulder pain.
